Shipping is FREE over $250 and $20 flat rate under $200. Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order and we will provide tracking information via email once it has shipped.

Shipping within Canada Only via Canada Post

Alternatively, residents of Fort McMurray can choose to pick-up your order in-store, you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up via email

Returns

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with all tags still attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. For hygenic reasons we are unable to accept returns on panties or any lingerie/swimwear that has a crotch section.

Return shipping is not covered by U R Beautiful Intimates Inc.

If your item(s) qualifies for return, please contact us via phone or email for a Return Authorization number. We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving it. Refund minus initial shipping charges (if applicable) will be issued, may take 15 business days to show on credit card.
